Student Information Update and
5th and 9th Grade Transition Registration
Maintaining current and accurate demographic, contact, and residency information is essential for student safety, effective school communication, and confirming student eligibility within the Neshaminy School District. Regular updates help the District and your child’s school share important information promptly and ensure student records remain accurate and complete.
All families should review and update their information in the Home Access Center (HAC). Failure to complete this process could affect transportation, homeroom and/or student schedules for the 2026-2027 school year.
Who Needs to Complete an Update:
Annual Demographic Update (HAC)
Families with students entering the following grades in the fall must review and update information each year:
-
Grades K–4
- Grades 6–8
- Grades 10, 11, and 12
Update the following in the Home Access Center (HAC):
- Phone numbers
- Email addresses
- Health information
Keeping this information current ensures you receive school updates, safety alerts, and closure notifications.
Re-Registration Required (Grades 5 and 9)
Families with students entering Grade 5 (middle school) and Grade 9 (high school) must complete re-registration.
This process ensures that schools have current residency, health, contact, and service information to ensure accurate placement and student safety. Grade 9 is especially important because it begins the student’s official high school record and graduation pathway.
