Neshaminy School District is committed to complying with all Federal and State laws prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sex in its education programs and activities.
School Board Policies outline the District’s policies and procedure for Title IX compliance. See policies 103 and 104.
Any person who believes they have been a victim of sexual discrimination or harassment should contact the appropriate Title IX Coordinator.
